Julia Stevenson is based in Langdon Park Capital’s regional office in Washington, D.C., and leads its investment activities across the United States. Langdon Park Capital is a real estate investment manager focused on creating lasting social impact in historically underserved Black and Latino communities while generating strong returns for its investors.

Julia is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and has direct responsibility for the Workforce Housing strategy and portfolio. She is deeply involved in managing the firm’s capital markets and broker relationships across the Mid-Atlantic and California regions.

Stevenson is an impact investor with over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate. She began her career as an assistant project manager at Gotham Development, a boutique development firm with offices in Baltimore and D.C. After joining Howard County Housing as a Development Associate, she transitioned to Real Estate Finance with a focus on investment analysis, portfolio management, and structured debt. Over the past several years she has specialized in private equity real estate and fund management.

Stevenson has an M.S. in Finance from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Brown University. She serves on CREW DC’s Board of Directors and is an active member of AAREP DC and ULI.
